This is a vintage Velma Ancre dress wristwatch, dated from the 1960s. It is a classic timepiece!
It is a manual wind watch featuring an original mechanical movement, featuring 23 rubis with sweep second hand.
Cased in a 34.8mm gold-tone round case with classic lugs design, fond acier inoxydable (stainless steel). Shockproof.
It still has the original sunburst champagne dial with gold stick hour markers and matching gold hands. The dial is signed with VELMA Ancre on top and 23 Rubis Shockproof on the bottom.
The watch comes on a brown genuine leather two-piece strap.
After 60 years, this wristwatch is in good condition. Runs very well, keeps good time!

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust the lighting, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.

The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended.
